What We Stand Behind

NewGen CNC Industries Ltd. warrants that all machined components, prototypes, and engraved work will conform to the agreed-upon specifications, tolerances, and materials outlined in your approved purchase order. Our warranty reflects the German craftsmanship we bring to every project.

Dimensional Accuracy

Parts are warranted to meet tolerances as specified in your drawing or CAD file within ±0.005” unless tighter tolerances are explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Material Conformance

All material used in your order will match the certified grade specified at time of order. Mill certifications are available upon request at no additional charge.

Workmanship

We guarantee all machined surfaces are free from tool marks, burrs, cracks, or defects attributable to our manufacturing process, at the time of delivery.
